Having given birth once myself (and will be again in April :D) and having assisted with rat births and such, a little bit of goop doesn't phase me in the least. Not even sure how you notice the goop in the excitement of a birth.
After all the babies are taken out you look in the cage and you're like "ewww! wtf is that?!":rofl:
