How to Wire Computer Fan

You can go get one of those universal adapters that has variable voltage and use that ;). Hell I could probably even point you to one if you need. I've modded the hell out of some computers in my day :P.

That is the cheapest price I have seen for a 12-volt fan with the power supply included. Get the larger one.
