Guy I knew got killed Saturday

i know were not allowed to use profanity, or maybe even imply it in this forum...but...24 MONTHS...WTF??!!!!!!!!

Wow, that's terrible... I can't believe that.

I can't even imagine how the parents feel with a sentence like that.

Even worse is that you cannot find it anywhere in the local news because I think they are hiding it because of the guy being a little brother is a high up officer.

I am sorry to hear that :( It is a real shame and VERY upsetting that the guy got such a little amount of time :mad:

Messed up story... Messed up people... I dont care who it is, if someone kills someone else, they should get life in prison, or death penalty, unless it is self defense. (or stuff like accidents) but in a situation like this its obviously intentional.

That is so messed up. I've lost so many friends to violence. Im from cleveland ohio, st.clair ave & it happens so much that its almost normal, & that is so sad.

Man I'm really sorry for your loss, it just sucks that things like this have to happen. There's just some really messed up people in this world.. It's a shame. And especially the cops being messed up for giving the guy 10-24 months in prison..

Except it wasnt the cops. It was the justice system. Cops dont choose the punishment they just enforce the laws :gj:


We should have zero tolerance for people who are like this... I mean, i hate the government invading privacy and stuff, but what is the world coming to when you need a high quality surveillance camera on every building!?!?!?!? - AND THEY STILL GET AWAY!!!!!!

You're in my thoughts and prayers. This is very upsetting that someone pulls this and gets off with so little. They should have been facing life or the death penalty. Life for a life is what the justice system should be going by. I got jumped by a punk on my high school graduation night of all times 20 years ago and ultimately had to have reconstructive surgery. I got off lucky I guess. It was also senseless violence over an ex-girlfriend (I didn't start it).
