I've looked this up before because I didn't think it was true....:)

Aha. I glanced at snopes but I guess since it was just popping up on here I thought that it was more recent, so I only glanced at the 'whats new'.

    Thanks!

Look, you must understand that a pythons length is not constant. Depending on the weather, on how recently he has eaten and when he last shed his skin, Fragrant can stretch and contract a great deal.
It sounds to me like they're talking about a worm (with no spine) instead of a snake. They claim he can stretch double the length that he was measured at? Riiiight....

Yes this is old news. A real scientist eventually showed up with a tape measure and the snake proved to be a more modest, albeit still impressive, 23-ish feet long.

Does that explain why I built a new rack this weekend and all I have in it is corn snakes? i thought I only messed around breeding ball pythons but now I have a rack full of corns? Must be that they all pooped and changed. Guess I better get some mroe meals if I want my balls back!

Did they recently shed? I'm not saying I'm 100% sure here but I'm like 99.7% sure that sometimes when a ball python sheds it comes out a corn. Anyone correct if me if I'm wrong...
