I don't know what else to try. Mine did not eat for about a month and I kept trying that method and she eventually took to it. Good luck Bruddah!

How long do you think they could go with no food only yolk?

I've had them live 4 or 5 months and never eat.

We'll talk this weekend but what I do is the brown paper bag in the cage with the pink over night trick.

Then split head in the bag overnight.

    Then pumping.

I know you have plenty of responses already, but I'm going to second the anole thing.

If you have time to do this:
I bought a non-feeder and I just about tried everything, so I bought two anoles from the local pet store and gave her the small live anole and put some NutriBac in her water. I put her in the feeding bin and she struck so fast it scared me. This was after 4 weeks of trying every trick in the book with pinkies. This really helped her get some strength in her.
Anywho, after that, I used the remaining live anole to scent pinkies by using his shed skin and having him bite the pinkie head or rubbing it on him a bit. Some people keep an anole in the freezer to use for scenting, but I didn't want to kill him if I didn't need to. The saliva worked much better than the skin at first, but then she took pinks eventually with just the skin. I also put the anole in the feeding container prior to feeding her, to scent up the feedin tub.
I used less and less scenting and skin on the pinks as time went on until she was off it completly and it worked. And yes, the anole is still alive ;) His name is Sir Braxton the Brave and he has a nice big tank now as a thank you for letting me rub pinkies on him lol
i don't know if any of this will help and I probably have repeated what other said, but I just thought i'd share. Good luck!
