do someone know a piedmarker on spiders?

Mine has white and yellow

Pied markers not proof some have them some dont. many normals have them as well but are not het pied(I have a few). It is a helpful tool if you have some possible het pieds but many het pieds dont have them so it is not a definate.

It is normal for spiders to have yellow and organge colors mixed in the white areas(bellies). The onlyway to prove if your snake is a het pied is to breed it to another snake with the pied gene(and prove it out) or if a respectable breeder that produced it confirms and stands behind the animal as a het pied. FastDad, I'm in the same boat as you. My spider male is possible het pied. It's a long shot as his mom is only possible het pied and she failed to prove out of four babies in her first test for the pied gene this year (to a possible het pied male but with excellent markers). I liked the spider pied combo so much I had her bred to a spider before even getting babies to test for pied. She has a little of the marker and 4 babies wasn't much so I still hold out hope. But when I decided which spider male to hold back last year I wasn't sure what to look for as a possible het pied marker in spiders. It would sure be nice to see some indicator that my spider might be more likely to be het pied than not before dedicating my best markered possible het pied females to him as opposed to using other well markered possible het pied males.

i bought my spider from an UK-breeder on the show in Hamm last year. He told my that he would think she is an het pied, because of the yellow spot as an marker, but from the paaring he has to say she is poss het (i think het x het).
since this time i am searching for an pied marker on spiders. :please:
