    Awww Pat, he's so great looking! Like a big, old grumpy guss sweetheart. Does he live in your yard all year long? How does one keep a tortoise like that? What's he eat? Does he interact with your family? (okay can you tell I'm interested or what LOL)

    Yes he lives in my backyard, yes all year long. Here in Cali we really dont have a winter. And he eats a lot. Hibiscus, geraniums, squash, grass (yes i dont even have to mow my lawn!!!!) orchard grass, apples are a treat for him, and he likes to eat the dandelion greens out of my yard as well.
