Re: Post pics of your rooms
Thanks, it is my dining room! LOL!! That rack is one I built. I did not feel like cutting the boards, which works out great, because those little voids are perfect for 15qt bins. It is a very flexable rack. The heat is at the ends, so it doesn't matter which way I arrange it, everything gets heat.
Re: Post pics of your rooms

Re: Post pics of your rooms
This makes me want to get a rack and tubs. I only have 1 snake, and 1 40 gallon tank. *cries*
Re: Post pics of your rooms
I really need to get mine into a rack, unfortunately I have a lot of other things I need to do first :(.
Re: Post pics of your rooms
I actually keep 2 of my snakes in my living room (i just love how this RBI cage looks so why hide it) i will be going to the NY expo again next month and im sure ill pick up my first rack (and some more stuff to put in it) so i can start using up my "Snake room" upstairs.

Re: Post pics of your rooms
We actually have three snake areas/rooms.
The first is a corner of our masterbedroom which serves as the QT/snake boarding (aka camp snakes) area. There's current just one resident there - a young female boa.
The second is our livingroom. There are three permanent residents there. Emi the milksnake who lives in her 20 long on top of the entertainment unit.

Also in the livingroom is Severus the young male boa who lives in his big tank over in the corner and Tequila the really big female boa who has her own custom walkin enclosure.
The last is the ball python room which was originally a large extra bedroom.
Welcome to our BP room (if you see the substrate changing in some pics don't think you've lost your mind, some pics are from today, some are from a few months back). :)
http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e2...mDoorAug08.jpg
This is Rack #1 which houses 6 of our breeding size females in 41 qt tubs plus 6 15 qt tubs for our younger BP's. Beside it is our RBI 15 qt rack which holds 8 tubs.

RBI rack.....

Rack #2 - this one holds 3 extra large tubs (in excess of 41 qt) for our three biggest female BP's plus 9 32 qt tubs....

Across from Rack #2 is a large closet for supplies like substrate, shipping boxes, etc.
Just a little wooden dresser turned into a supplies area so I can keep somewhat organized. I hate not being able to put my hand right on a some hemostats or a piece of wire to fix a rat's cage when it want to.
http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e2...TableAug08.jpg
Across from the snake racks is one of the walls of rats. These are some of the regular sized rat enclosures. There's ASF's on the fourth wall in glass tanks but I forgot to get pics of those. :(

This wall (the one the closet is in) has the incubator and the hatchling rack (sorry forgot pics of that too!)

And because no thread is worth anything on this forum without snake pics LOL, here's a couple!
One of our recently hatched possi het albinos....

The pride of our collection, our 07 Pastel female, Pandora....
