Pet store blues are pretty notorious for being sickly, so buy with caution. I haven't bought a pet store blue rat in quite a while, and the original blue female I bought turns out to not be the only rat het for blue!!

Pet store rats are a mixed bag, literally.

I don't like buying from petstores, but there is not much selection when looking to buy rats around here.
