I hope you do know that doxies are known to have house training issues because they are very hard headed little dogs. My b/f's mom breeds them and is friends with a lot of other doxie breeders across the US and it's know that a lot of adult doxie's aren't completely house trained and it normally takes them around 7-9 months for most known doxie pup's to understand house breaking. I just hope you know what you are up for. Doxie's are cute and all and we all know puppies are but I just hope in another few months that you don't re home him because of any issues with stubbornness.

He is getting the idea of the puppy pad. He goes on it 60% of the time and he's only been home a few days. My family loves him and my mom already calls herself "grandma". He's learning, slowly but surely. Of course, he is only a puppy. I use positive reenforcement. If he does something bad, I ignore him. If he does something good, I reward him. Its working well so far. Pictures to come tonight. The reason I haven't posted pictures is I can't find my camera. :O
