What would you rather have? Albino or Axanthic?

Both :) Snow!!

I have both but if I had to pick one it'd be the Bino...

I would love to have an Axanthic to cross with a bumble bee!

I do very much love my albino.

And I do very much love my axanthic.

My stunning high contrast albino somewhat faded with age but I still love him -- my axanthic at 600ish grams is still pretty young and stunning -- I do expect him to brown out to some degree -- I'm hoping it's not much he came from a stunning line and a breeder that selectively breeds.

Either way I take solace in the fact that even as adults neither will look as drop dead gorgeous as they did as babies (tis true with most morphs) -- however I will still have really cool snakes that will produce drop dead stunning babies that I will be able to oooo and ahhh over for a while until they find their way to their new homes.

It's a win win with either :gj:

I'm no expert and I think all the ball pythons look good but I have to agree with you on this one. The albino will always have his exceptionnal color. :)

Albino every time for me....

Heck...I'm no expert, and I'll be the first to admit that! If we're talking sheer business aspect, albinos would probably outsell axanthics any day.

I've never really been an axanthic fan as a stand alone morph, but in combos it can do some cool stuff!

Man do I disagree with that. However, I am an Axanthic man from day one. It is just my opinion. I will post a pic in a couple days (I'm waiting on her to shed) of an Axanthic female that will blow your mind. I do have quite a few adult Axanthics that do not resemble normals, and are actually quite good looking.

p.s. I didn't mean to pick on you Jason, but your's was the first thread I read. LOL.

I'm going with axanthic. Albinos are neat but not really my cup of tea.
