    I usually just grab them bare handed too, but for those few that are a little bit reluctant to give up their eggs I cover them with a bath towel and unwrap them from their cluster of eggs with the towel over them.

    I like to tap them on the head with a paper towel roll or something and when the headshy-ness makes them coil up, I can easily get them off.

    i've used the pillow case method also, works great.
