You prolly get further with that approach than any other.

    Agreed there.
Tell them how your real disappointed this happened because you love the animal and such.
They're reputation isn't very high in my book. :colbert:

I purchased a ball python from LLL a few months after I had my first and at this time I wasn't a member of the site and did not QT. I had it a week when I noticed the bubbles near its nose. Took it to the vet and it was in late stages of an RI. We gave it antibiotic shots and everything but in the end unfortunately she died. I wont buy from LLL again although I have heard other people who have had great experiences with them. My biggest complaint is when I spoke with them about it their customer service was horrible. They made me feel like it was my fault and the snake left them 100% healthy. I just tried to take it as a lesson learned. Whenever any of my customers have an issue, I'll take care of it asap, not pull this crap.

At this point, money is my issue, what is the cost of draining an abscess? I know its $45.00 for a check up with my vet but the procedure is $??.??
