    Snakes are pretty resilient creatures with tough skin to take a scratch or mark here or there. I would apply the neosporin a couple times a day, holding their head if skiddish.

    As Steve mentioned, do not use Neosporin with pain reliever. The pain reliever additive is toxic to BPs. Only use the regular Neosporin. If you are unsure, ask the pharmacist which is which.

    it was a comedy act.neither one of us wanted to do this but i finally got it.it was neo w/o pain reliever.thanks for the info and im going to invest in a medical board with straps and possibly nitrous to knock it out if ever happens again.lol,just jokin but i would if i could.pain in the butt.
