I'm pretty sure that using your last name in the company's name will save you a lot of money if you ever get a business license for a sole prop. I went with J.W. Exotics (Jake Wallace Exotics officially) for that reason, and the Exotics part is to keep it general since I like to get in and out of specie every few years.
