Re: Should I seek medical attention?
About the gatorade thing - a bottle would be good, spaced, but I would not drink exclusively gatorade. Yes, you probably had a loss of salt, but again, you'll suffer from an excess of replenishment . It goes back to that whole pressure/ pump thing in your cells I was talking about a minute ago. :)
Re: Should I seek medical attention?
I have to deal with that every year in football. Its dehydration, could of been a heat stroke. Mild case maybe? Take a gallon of water and drink it through out the day! Mix Gatorade with it so its not straight Gatorade. Make sure you strech ALOT!
Re: Should I seek medical attention?

I just ate the greatest sandwhich ever made and that helped alot.

Re: Should I seek medical attention?
sounds like you bonked! you can drink all the water you want, but if your glycogen levels get to a certain point you'll bonk.
Re: Should I seek medical attention?
Just to clarify,
a bonk is different than a boink.
OK continue.

Just to clarify, I'm a professional bonker. Not to be confused with boinker.
