(hopefully) :) And i'm probably planning on going through Jimis snakes for my boa :D
....and you'll have a cage, set-up and snake very similar to mine!! :D
My little one from Jimi will not use a hide; she prefers to hang out on her branch or on her big cork bark thing. I offer hides to all my snakes but my boas just are not interested. I also offer an aspen area in each cage but I have only one boa who really likes to dig and burrow in it. I have fake foliage in all my cages and it looks nice!
The awesome thing about these cages and the set-up is when the boas out-grow their cages (two of mine are yearlings and will outgrow them in another 6 months or so I'm guessing) two of my larger ball pythons can get out of their tubs and have a larger environment for their nighttime cruising adventures :gj:
Isn't it fun getting all of the supplies and plans together? Every step is a learning process and I love it all!! Be sure to read Rich's FAQ on RHP's. It's filled with great information! If you still have questions, shoot him an email or give him a call and he'll be able to answer them for you. Rich is a terrific guy and he tries really hard to please his customers :D
Re: Question on Tips/List on a Columbian Boa BCI???
Ha, yeah..I have the money, it's just the time to order everything. With college, work, and a misc. other few things in my day, its hard to fit time to do anything right now lol. But I will talk to Jimi soon and get me a boa, but before that happens I gotta get on the ball and get all the husbandry stuff ordered and set up, then i'll order my boa lol :) :snake:
