For those who choose to house together or are thinking of housing together, this old thread is worth re-visiting.

Ok, I know I'm not a moderator but that really bugged me when I clicked another thread named something different and your SAME EXACT paragraph came up.

Be a bit more patient and don't post another thread saying exactly the same thing if people don't reply right away.

yes I agree with that, for the person who posted this, you can just give it a try if you want and if it doesn't work it doesn't work. If they are going to fight then it might not be the best idea, neither of mine are any bit agressive so it works out well. I'm having sucess so far but others haven't. I guess the choice is yours

Isn't there a thread somewhere from before where a picture (or link to one) was posted where one bp at the bp that it was housed with? Maybe that will be enough to convience op that it's not a good idea. Personally, I would rather spend the extra money to have two enclosures than take any chance. And, if you can't afford the 2nd enclosure then maybe two bps is financially too much for one person to have.

If you search the back posts on this topic, you will find MANY MANY MANY threads where this argument has been hashed out over and over and over again. When you see a moderator, or any other user for that matter, post a link to an old thread on the same subject, it's because they've spent a considerable amount of time answering this same question, as well as the same rebuttals that inexperienced keepers come back with every time. So, why waste that much time typing the exact same thing another 150 times?

(And just so you know, if the question ever comes up again as to why moderators or users just link to old threads instead of typing all the info out again, you'll most likely see a link from me pointing back to this post so I or another member doesn't have to take another 3-5 minutes typing this same thing again... :gj:)

    Don't waste your energy.
It's obvious these people want to house them together and no matter what anyone says will not change that.
Eventually you will see the threads "my BP's stopped eating" or "help my BP's are sick".
