    I haven't read on this particular one, but a good friend of mine has something similar.

    She says it's pointless and a waste of money.. I'm not having problems keeping my humidity up and I think it's pretty easy to get up if it's low. A warm water spray bottle has always done the trick.

    I donno, if you have trouble then its worth a shot. :]

    I use a humidistat made by Ranco in my snake room($75). It is hooked up to a 5 gallon capacity humidifier and keeps the humidity in my room exactly where I want it. It is not digital just a dial but works good.

    I also use Herpstat Pro t-stats (on my racks, incubator and ambient heating) which work great so I am sure the humidity control will work good too.

    It's a bit more difficult to keep up humidity when you live in the desert. =) That and gadgets are COOL and snake gadgets are even COOLER!

    We haven't gotten one yet, but I'd sure like to try one...
