Okay, so what are your temps? Like Becky reminded me, the warmer the temps the greater the feeding response ;)
Also, do you pre-scent? If not, you ought to since this gets them in hunt mode!
Do you have a gram scale to weigh him? I'm guessing that this snake may not have eaten and so I would suggest feeding only live and mice to start.
Also, I strongly suggest putting this guy into a tub for now; a small and cramped place for him. Later, you can change him out into the tank you have.
How does this sound to you?

The temps as of right now are 92.5 and 84 . I will be getting a scale soon. I need to find somewhere to get one, but I will probably get one online. They have some around at gas stations and such though...The tub would d be fine I guess, just dont know how to warm it and such. Right now the guy is moving around from one end of the enclosure to the other, so like I said earlier I am glad to see him at least moving out now. What say you of the balled up paper to busy it up in the cage?

It sounds like he is stressed out. Ball pythons are nocturnal and so you don't really see them much during the day.
Your temps sound good. Here is a link to Jimi showing how to set up a tub (it was for a boa, but the methodology is the same: http://www.ball-pythons.net/forums/s...t=68935&page=3 post number 24.
Let me know if this helps :)

EDIT: Here is a link to a good scale from Reptile Basics. You can also get the flex watt from there and ask Rich to connect it for you http://www.reptilebasics.com/My-Weig...l-p-16191.html and http://www.reptilebasics.com/Heating-p-1-c-248.html

Sounds and looks good. I have been going to reptilebasic website for the past few weeks looking around, so I may give them an order here soon. one more thing, how big of a tub do I need and what should I set up in it for him?

I don't know how much he weighs, but I'm guessing a 16qt with 2 little hides and a little water bowl...
