Re: Greetings from the Flood!
Oooooh, a fawn... I love fawns. I had one here for awhile - service dog prospect, needed extra socialization. He was cute... dumb but cute, Ilsa adored him.
His name was Drake:

Well, just soaked him - almost everything on his boxy came off, but he wasn't too keen on letting me help him get it off his head and "neck".
If he doesn't get the rest off tonight, I'll do another soak tomorrow... correct?
Re: Greetings from the Flood!
Yep... And they are notoriously head shy, so no worries on that end, just be gentle and firm.
Re: Greetings from the Flood!
Looks like some eye caps there as well. Did they come off?

Nope, they're still there. :(
I really don't think the guy who had him was knowledgeable about snake care - he didn't even have a thermometer/humidity gauge.
He's in a hide right now, so I can't get a very good look at him. His eyes look clearer, but that could just be from the soak.
Re: Greetings from the Flood!
Sorry to bring up the flood again, but my friend made this picture announcing our Jitsu classes are cancelled, cracks me up, except for the fact it looks like those two dudes are kissing on the right:
