Yeah, it's mostly a mental thing that makes people really fear snake bites. Of course, these snakes have really small teeth especially compared to a Boa. :)
I've been bitten by cats (in play and serious) and a dog or two and I will say that those bites hurt a TON worse than the few accidental tags I've gotten from my snakes. True, I haven't gotten a 'serious' bite from any snake yet, but I would imagine it still wouldn't hurt as much as a cat or dog.
