He said he felt follicles in the bigger female before he sold her to me but he did not include her in his breeding program this year. He assured me they were eating before they came to me.
I have been trying rats up until yesterday. The only thing we could get was mice because the petstore's supplier had not shown up that day with rats. Shane, the smaller of the two seemed interested, but she would just move away from it after a second of tasting the air. She does this with rats and mice alike, and we have tried only live since that is what they were on before they came to us.
I would ask the person you got them from for the specifics of how there where setup. Since they are older they could be more prone to stop eating due to drastic changes in their habitat. For example if the breeder kept them on cypress/higher humidity and was dropping temps due to breeding season...then you put them on paper/normal humidity and higher temps...it could be throwing them off so they aren't eating. The fact they are established animals means they are used to somewhat of a routine under certain conditions. As were these WC imports or CB?

I believe they are CB. I will find out their exact setup asap and try and match it. He said he had the big girl ever since she was a hatchling so they were definitely on a specific routine in care and feeding before they came to me.
