I worked there for almost 9 months. I was there that long for the people and animals. Period. I love helping people learn proper care for their pets, and I wanted to make life better for the animals at that place. After a while, the crud building up just got to be too much. At least I can still help people from time to time in other ways.
I hear that carrot thing. It's the only 'fresh food' they give to any mammal. I had to fight a lot to get them to give the Guinea Pigs oranges.
Yea, i remember looking at a care sheet there a long time ago and thinking to myself how wrong it was. Whenever im out at a petstore or anywhere i always try to give my :2cent: when i hear people giving the wrong advice to care for their animals :)
