Re: Lapse in judgment (not for the squeamish)
that looks pretty gnarl!
Do you have any teeth stuck in your hand?
Re: Lapse in judgment (not for the squeamish)
See, now thats why I'll never have any really big snakes, I worry enough about my small burms. I hate even being bit by my king snakes. I'm such a wuss.
Glad you're OK Kara, it should scar up nicely so you'll have something cool to show off.

She's a really pretty girl though :) At least it's not embarrassing like a Pekingese bite! LoL
Re: Lapse in judgment (not for the squeamish)
Wow, that sounds like a very exciting way to start the visit! :O Hope your hand heals up quickly!
Re: Lapse in judgment (not for the squeamish)

Re: Lapse in judgment (not for the squeamish)
OUCH!!! That looks awfully painful. It can't be fun to be on the receiving end of a feeding response bite, especially something that's 16'.
I hope you heal quickly, yowch!
Re: Lapse in judgment (not for the squeamish)
Nice! can you take a pic of the snake with your hand or something else in the pic to reference the size???
How did you get it to let go???
