    More or less. Last time that I was there I saw multitudes of police writing tickets when I went North off of 96 heading for a Hospital. I had never seen anything like it. I'm almost afraid to return there.

    Yes. On the way to Sparrow, whatever expressway it is that you take North from 96. I honestly have never seen so many cops writing tickets at the same time before.
