Re: My corn has returned
Excellent!. My little corn got out around New Years and I didn't see her again until late Feb. Found her under a pile of laundry I was about to throw in the washer...
She's had two good sheds and has grown about an inch longer and gotten more diameter.
Just when you think you'll never see them again.....

Re: My corn has returned
Congratulations on finding your lost snake I hope it never happens again for you.
My snake escaped three times one time I found him where I keep plush dolls, another was under my bed, and another he had escaped at night and when I woke up he was laying on top of me in bed what a way to wake up good thing I don't toss and turn when I sleep I'm more better with making sure the lid is closed tight so they can't get out now.. :)

Re: My corn has returned
Thanks everyone!!! I am still excited that he is home and it still kinda shocks me how he was found!! :O
But he is doing very well, vet visit went well, no concerns. So I am happy!!:D He shed recently and he looks so beautiful (or handsome;))!! I keep meaning to take some new pics of him to post, maybe in a couple of days as he just ate today.
Reverend Jones, the laundry was one of my biggest concerns... I would check and shake everything before putting anything into the washing machine just in case. Although I did feel that he had gone down one of the floor vents.... I still don't know how he managed to get outside (which also has my husband concerned for holes in our vent system or in the house itself... My husband's other thoughts were that maybe he got out of one of the windows, especially one in the kitchen that we keep cracked open sometimes that is missing a screen, or else he managed to get out through the front door?????)
Bluesnake, ever since he went missing I definitely upped the secureness of all of my enclosures!! And now that he is back home, he is in a tub setup (no more sliding topped tanks for him;)). His setup has a number of binder clips helping to secure the lid and my kids don't mess with any of the tubs. So hopefully he will stay where he is supposed to be from now on!! :P
Thanks again everyone!! I will get some new pics of him up soon!!
