After we got our original tax return we had to spend $900 to reduct the entire houses a/c. Would have been about 3x that but I know a guy who does it. Everytime you come into money you have something to spend it on.

Or you could look at it as a positive! Your water pump could have gone out when you didn't have any extra disposable income available - but instead it went out when you would! ;)

thats alot better than putting it into your gastank like bush wants us all to do

Well i got it fixed today and still waiting on that special check :P.Now i need the special check to pay my insurance and phone bills :rolleyes:.I used that money to fix the water pump :rofl:

In October my hot water pipe broke, underneath my stairs and under the slate... The 1st floor’s; carpet was bulled up, the slate broken (to fix the pipe), and they had to bust out some dry wall to reach the leak. After all of that, I started to re-build the house had to have fans running 24-7 for a month to dry the slate then had new flooring and dry wall put it, and had the walls painted. It is now 7 months later and it is still not done. I still have to get a new front door and window blinds.

So my check gets to go to blinds and a door:(:(

I would much rather get a new snake with that money:mad:

Since I don't get a check, should I never post? :P
