I'm about 5 miles from BC and have been buying from them since they moved so close. I love the staff and Chris is awesome to deal with. They charged me wrong (by accident) and called me right me even before I got home. (Remeber I said I live 5 miles away) and then they called me back to make sure I received the message. Customer service is awesome! I have never had a vacum seal break and my snakes would eat everyday if I let them. I would recommend them to anybody.
