you can buy foam tape at a hardware store.i put some around the rim of the tank to seal the sides and have a good half of the top covered with it.you can also spray the foam after its stuck on there good and it will keep humidity longer.i

Sounds good. If you're still having trouble tomorrow, take a picture and post it for us. :D

What substrate do you use? I had trouble with humidity when I used aspen. I switched to coconut and I've got good humidity now.

I bought a humidifer that connects to some small gauged hose that feeds intothe tank....works great since I have a glass enclosure

Really? Coconut bad? I love the stuff. Reduces odor, better for humidity, looks better (IMO). I haven't had any trouble with it. I'd say for BPs, the substrate of choice is Aspen, then coconut. I'd probably stick with Aspen, but I have Aquarium style cages too, so I use the coconut to keep humidity at a better level.

But whatever works best for you. Everyone has their own setups. :D

With coconut be sure to cook it just in case there are mite eggs in there. You definitely don't want mites.

That's a picture of my cage. I have the top almost completely covered and there is a air purifier on the right. I have a gauge on the left and right of the cage. Right now one reads 90/62% and the other reads 85/68%. I haven't misted ever and once a month I change the substrate.
