-Female ball pythons will coil around their eggs until they hatch.
-Ball pythons have two little spurs which are the remnants of where their legs used to be.
-Ball pythons come in many different exciting colors.
-Ball python females get significantly larger than males.

ball pythons, like all snakes, have no eyelids like you and me and so they can't blink!

-Ball pythons use the tip of their tail like a finger, gripping objects very securely.
-Ball pythons have little pits in the front of their mouth called "heat pits" which help them sense their prey.
-Ball pythons can be trained to eat frozen and then thawed prey. This is both convenient for keepers and safer for the snake.
