The last 5 or so ball pythons that I bought from them were either sick or have died already... this store is local to me, which is why I had done so much business with them. I don't step foot in there anymore...

now i'm ticked. i purchased the snake yesterday and couldn't get on here till today. i hope everything turns out ok. man am i sick to my stomach.

We had purchased it on Friday and then cancelled our order yesterday morning after reading this and doing more research. It is really hard to get a hold of them and when you do they are down right rude. That made us feel a whole lot better about cancelling the purchase!

well i got her today. awsome colors.....dang. i'm takin her out to my cousins shop in kansas to get her checked out. she seems ok but you never know. i can't get over her colors. i'll post some picks hopefully tomorrow or day after. she seems very curious and not stressed out for being shipped from so far. i guess i lucked out. but i dont think i'll order from her again. she was pretty rude.

If you have other snakes, be sure to practice strict quarantine when buying any snakes! I think it's even more important given Rapture's experience with sick and dead BP's. I would just make sure you cover all of your bases just in case.

Glad that girl made it to you okay... how was the box she came in if I may ask? Last I saw they were shipping out animals in uninsulated boxes... hoping their practices have improved?

I'd go for getting a fecal done with a vet as soon as you can get it, based on other's experiences with this dealer.

they put her in a bag inside a foam box with shredded newspaper. there was a heat pack wrapped in newspaper next to the sack.
