    Lol, I have no idea. I have yet to meet one! I was looking into buying a betta a year or so ago, and I was told all of this by a good friend of mine. I decided to hold off on fish since I never found a betta breeder. :gj:

    Bloodworms can actually predispose them to bloat. It happens in African Dwarf Frogs all of the time. I recommend mysis shrimp, krill, brine shrimp, etc.

    I keep my female in a 5 gallon tub(the showcase tubs made by sterilite are GREAT little tanks and really transparent) with a 10 gallon Whisper filter on it. She has tons of plants to hide in as well as a cave. She seems happy :)

    Thanks so much everyone! I thought feeding every night was a bit much as well and I do have a 10 gallon octagon tank that I can get a divder for and it has the pump and what-not so I may switch them to that. Once again thatnx so much for the helpful info!
