    Beaked Moss... mist it a time or so a day.
    Damp towels over the screen and a 75w Infrared for basking.
    That's what I'm using and everything in the tank is working out great!

    if you have your top foiled correctly, and the correct size water bowl.... with the CHE directly over the water bowl, you should always have at least 50% humidity. The water bowl / che combo ultimately turns into a humidifier.

    I use news paper. It is the best substrate for a "neautral" effect on the humidity. it does not add or take away from the tanks humidity... but it will still keep pee and poo in check.
