So long as his whole head is not encircled by a solid piece of shed, it's not something you need to worry about right now. A little stuck shed isn't going to hurt him, even on his eyes. He'll most likely rub it off on his own sometime, and if not, either the vet can take care of it, or you can wait 'til the next shed....which, given the extent of his injuries will probably happen fairly soon and frequently until he's healed up.
Re: im really worried..doesnt look good
UTHs, especially cheap heat pads, are prone to fluctuate wildly so it could be just good luck that it took this long to burn him if that is indeed what happened (and it sounds like option number 1 atm).
Don't worry about the retained shed on his head at the moment, its more important you let him calm down and get him to the vet. Good luck and please keep us informed. There are some pictures of horrific burns if you search around the forum and pictures of the happy endings when they have healed too.
Re: im really worried..doesnt look good
well unfortunately dad wont take me to the vet which i know will make u all cringe and it pissed me off quite a bit too..but we went to the EXPERIENCED rep store where i got Sid and we got a Wound Healing Aid thing....its like in a little vile/container and u drip it on a q-tip and rub it on wounds...and Sid didnt mind it being put on too bad..you put it on 2 times a day and if nothing improves in a week im going to vet..no matter what my dad says...oh and i got the cage all set up...he seemed relieved..he was moving around which he hasnt done in a while..i think he likes the relief of the paper towels...iv decided to keep the paper towels...not using reptobark again...im still going to figure out what to do about heat..ill have to find some light fixture or something but he seems content for now..thanks so much guys!!! life savers...and where would i find the pics of other burnt balls? xD that sounded wrong..i meant burnt ball pythons..so i can be positive its what happened to sid
Re: im really worried..doesnt look good
Definitely get him to a vet as soon as you can, dad or no. Do you have your own money to pay or is it your parents who would be paying? If they have to pay you could offer to do chores or something around the house to work off the money.
I'm pretty sure I know the stuff you are talking about, as I used to work in a pet store, and I can tell you right now it's not going to do any good. Way back in the day when I had my first BP he got belly rot, and the vet gave me some cream for it (sulfadiazine, I believe) and my snake also had to have antibiotic injections. So it's not something that is going to get cleared up with something you buy at the pet store.
Not preaching at you or anything, I'm just trying to let you know that your snake does have to see a vet. If your dad let you get the snake then he needs to be ready to provide it with medical care if its needed. Is there any way you could get some pictures up so we can see what his belly looks like?

Yes, please try to get him to a vet. Did your dad SEE the wounds? Maybe that would convince him how serious it is. Not sure if he is paying for the vet or you, but if you have $, can you get a friend to give you a ride? Or can you appeal to someone else in the household?
Yes, please post pics - as horrible as they may be. Maybe someone can help tell better what it is.
I am glad he seems more comfortable now. Just be sure you follow through with the treatment he needs.
Good luck!
