Other Hobbies???

My dog, my future dogs, and more recently body building and football.

hm.. well I have a lot. too many I'm afraid.. wish I had more time to pursue them all. :)

I play piano and guitar.. mostly piano lately though.

horticulture.. I have 8 orchids and a bunch of other assorted plants. My two windows are almost full of plants.

horseback riding.. though it's too cold lately (-30 windchills this week)

mostly though.. I have a love for all animals. I have a small collection of 7 tarantulas.. my lovely canary and doves, my catfish that I've had forever.. and our cats and dog. I'm a dog groomer by profession, but I really like my job, my cocker spaniel has nearly floor length hair.

which brings me to another 'hobby' - growing my hair. it's just past waist length now.. I love long hair.. on people, horses, dogs, anything that can grow it. lol I make my own homemade shampoos and conditioners and everything.. I'm a bit of a hair freak I guess.

I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of for now.

I'd have to say web design...i can build a custom site in just a couple days....mostly because I cannot sleep...but also because I can't let something go unfinished!!

between web design and my herps...can't say i have an actual hobby since i work from home now making web sites and taking care of the rescue

I build websites too, but I'm more focused on the code and other kinds of software rather than the design part. Man I'm a geek, I do that for a living too! :rofl:

Dog showing, Horses, Collecting about everything. By everything I mean I have over 40 seperate collections in our house. It looks like a museum. Everything from pinbacks, cards, figurines, to full size mannequins. I believe we have about 25 of them. Mostly women, with a full size greyhound and a mermaid thrown in for good measure. We have a three bedroom home with a study and full basement and it is crowded. Only 2 of us live here. We have started to buy industrial shelving to hold everything. We also enjoy people watching at the mall. Think things in the wild are strange, just go to your local mall and sit a few minutes!;)

I Fly fish and collect old U.S money My prize of this collection is a 2 pound six pence note printed by the "Franklin and Hall" (thats Ben Franklin) printing company and signed by four of the signers of the Declaration of Independence it is dated 1763 so I keep nothing newer than 1950

I've been playing didgeridoo for over a year now. Lots of fun and definitely another weird hobby to go along with my snake keeping :)

My biggest hobby besides herps is scuba diving. I also do alot of hiking and backpacking and hopefully in the next few years I can add mountaineering to the list. :)

Reefkeeping in little glass boxes.:D I'm a nut for Small Polyped Stony corals! I don't currently have a salt tank running, but its a work in progress to get all the supplies together again.

Other than that and reptiles I enjoy the out of doors activities, Disc Golf, deer hunting, four wheeling, canoeing, etc.:gj:
