Out of the 6 girls, 5 of them were 25-30 dollars, and the 6th was free with the purchase of my burm. I purchased them because they are some of the most unusual normals i have ever seen, and i figured that with some care and patience the snake would be fine. All they need is to be fattend up and they should be fine. Its just a shame that people would let animals go with out food for their own benefit.

Hi,
Do you know the original source of the animals (WC, CBB, CF etc?) and have you done the whole quarantine / vet check etc for them?
It may just be my paranoia talking but there is the possibility he bought a bag of fancies straight from Africa and couldn't ( or couldn't be bothered) get them hydrated and eating well before selling them on.
As I say I have no clue one way or the other but it would be reassuring to know he didn't and could be trusted not to have done anything like that. :(
