If you cannot provide the proper living conditions (one snake per tank)
Where did the one snake per tank Code, Come from.. I have been around awhile now and have come across alot of these posts. Some people have had there snakes live together for upwards of 10 years. then bam one turns up gravid and they go online for help. Then what do we do? Slam um cause they are idiots! But are they?? I am going to pair up 4 pairs of bps in the same tub and monitor them for the next 3 years. I'll post updates on them once a month.

excatly. i dont see anything wrong with having more than 1 snake in a tank.... all i got to say is thanks for the good help.. and thanks to those who were a tad bit rude...

i had 2 corns living together for quite some time, no ill problems.

2 bps... i tried it for a couple of months. neither of them would eat and i could notice them being stressed. as soon as i moved them to their own enclosure they both ate and werent restless.

i am interested in your experiment jas. i keep a lot of records so have fun figuring out who pooped :)

anyways, the original poster said he kept them together because he only had one tank. thats just not responsible in my view. if he just has one tank and they breed and have babies where are the babies going? its quite a bit different knowing the BPs needs AND keeping them together then just keeping 2 BPs together because you think they need a buddy.

sorry if i seem to be rude.
