LESSON LEARNED PEOPLE!!! they will not refund my money and it is a CRAPPY machine. its FAST and the hardware is AWESOME but it crashes and the hardware although great BREAKS!!! and dell service sucks because they keep you on the phone for hours trying to fix something a tech can do in Sec ( TRUST ME )

LOL :( i feel sory for people that have to deal with dell. I work for the DOD and have a dirrect number for government support and I still have problems and the worst part is that I am dell certified warranty technician. :( DELLL SUCKS :taz::taz::taz:!!!!!!!!!!
