if I use a plastic tubs am I needed to use an under tank heater or is there a way to use a lamp ( if there's a way,what do I use a daylight or a infrared light?)?
I am almost ready to buy the equipment! I'm getting excited, I might have him in 2weeks :D

after I got him and placed in the tub how much time should I wait before handling him again? 3-4 days?

No lights or lamps with a tub - a UTH is all you need with a quality thermostat. Lights are un-necessary and will only cause you headaches when they start to suck the humidity out of the enclosure. And with a tub, a light is pretty useless unless you cut out a section for the light, then you'd have to worry about the animal coming in direct contact with the light and burning themselves.
Ditch the light, get a UTH and a tub and you're good to go.
