chickens.. eggs.. what to do?

Well, Mark scrambled up some of the eggs yesterday and said that it tasted great! So we now have a "free" source of eggs. I am kicking myself for buying a dozen last week.. they are just sitting there now while he eats the homegrown ones.
We really need a few more hens. Thus far, our two boys and one female have gotten along with no fighting. One of the males is submissive and acts more like a hen though obviously he is a roo.. but I want to even it out more and get more eggs, and once springtime hits, babies!
