Glad you're thinking about keeping her. She came to you for a reason:gj:

I believe her to be part boxer, since she has a quite large under-bite. But hey, no way for me to really know for sure what she is.

but yea, thnx for all the replies yall. I was just so excited that she is finally starting to really look/act healthy. She's still skittish, and has developed a bit of a "guard dog" attitude. She'll shy away from people out in public, but if someone walks into the apartment she's not used to seeing, she's ready to fight. Also... she hates people wearing hats. Thats a no no. I take special care to get her used to people outside the apartment, before I invite them over so she doesn't turn into mad-dog. But with care, she gets used to our guests and ends up wanting a good belly rub, but it's all about taking great care with her and watchin her moods.

I am also pleased that she's really opening up when it comes to playing. Got to admit, she has scared me a few times when she just gets a little over zealous while playing. I mean, one day she found my old astros hat and started chewing on it. I managed to get it away from her with minimal damage. But I have decided that she has proclaimed it hers... as one day I was sitting on the edge of my bed wearing the hat when she pounced on my head and stole that hat right off. She's got some big teeth... and that had me spooked for a bit. But, if I use my big-boy voice and tell her to stop, or sit, she immediately obeys and gives me the "i'm soo soo soo sorry face". lol

That, "be the pack leader" lesson works very well.
