    Here's what I use:
If you're looking for a display cage: http://www.reptilebasics.com/2x3-Cag...h-p-16286.html
If you're looking for a rack system:
    http://www.reptilebasics.com/Reptile...p-1-c-251.html

I use these because I don't have a dedicated snake room (yet) and so my room temps dip at night. I like these cages because they are very well made, have the heating installed, and are shipped in one piece. I like the racks because the tubs are enclosed on three sides and so it's easier to maintain constant temps. As with the cages, the racks come complete with belly heat, and the tubs and shipping is included.

Rich also sells Helix t-stats, and temp guns; both important items for use with a rack system. I have a few of the 'sweater box' sized rack units and a few cages also. I will also purchase a couple of 70's for the larger females as well as a shoebox rack for hatchlings next winter.

I hope this is helpful for you!

The Cb-70 rack can be changed to v-35 tubs or hatchling tubs one level at a time. Call Vision and tell them what you want to do and they will send you the correct spacers. Luckily for me they are 10 minutes from my house. if you have any questions feel free to ask, I enjoy helping fellow herpers make educated purchases:)

I use 41-quart tubs. In case all of my snakes are large females one day, I want to have room ;)

thank so much for your advise! this is for future breeding plans i was trying to estimate the cost of everything. I wanted to house hatchlings in a rack seperate from the adults. I also had similiar plans for the adults. I was just trying to map out my plans. Once again thank you for being pacient with me and my confusion. Thanks!:D:D:P:D:D

    Here are two options...
either one of these racks can hold babies or adults or a combination of the two. The Vision rack is the better of the two for holding adults. The small tub is a little big for babies, but I provided a nice tight hide spot and the babies did just fine. The second rack is an Animal Plastics rack that I absolutely love. They come pre heated and all you have to do is screw them together. They tend to hold heat a little better if you don't have a designated reptile room because they are not an open system like the Vision rack. I have since sold my Vision rack and will be picking up an Animal Plastics rack at the NARBC show in Arlington next month. I am getting the CB 70 size for my adults.
