That IS one litter - Yin's litter.

I took a calculated risk breeding Yin and Yang, and had I seen any problems in their first litter (which both were un-eventful) they were to be immediately retired.

I take careful notes of my pairings, and watch the results to be sure that I'm not breeding any genetic defects.

Knock on wood, every baby produced here has been perfectly healthy.

Adorable, but would you expect any less out of the mommas? Glad you kept Yin and Yang around. I think if you are careful about it and cull if you see problems, then it is ok to breed the occasional high white/blaze type. My best momma is a blaze, produces blaze babies no matter what I breed her with (always a self, just different colors). She has had 2 litters who were healthy as can be. I doubt I will ever breed her offspring, but she stays!

Eek!! I wish my girls would hurry up, and gain about 90 more grams!! Then I can breed ..... And wait another month before I can see that.
