This book was published in 1997, when the ball python craze was just getting started.
Since then, we've learned a LOT more about the anatomy of ball pythons. Check out Kevin McCurley's book as well as VPI's book for more recent information.

Well, if they both are males il be going back to my breeder and ******* him out i got a girl and a boy for a reson

Wrong you can not tell the sex by the spurs.All pythons have them.

I had a large FEMALE and her spurs were VERY large and she was a female for sure as she dropped eggs for me ;).Please stop telling people to rely on sexing by looking at the spurs.

I would get them double checked before you snap on the breeder then if its still proves you have 2 males SNAP ON ;)
