Yep, as Michelle said, with experience comes educated guesses, I'd say with most certainty Boa constrictor imperator, most likely a normal colombian boa.
___Colombian Boa constrictor constrictors are usually very rare, and fetch high prices, so wouldn't usually be your run of the mill boa. Bcc's had peaks usually, but usually even if then don't they have some differences, but scale rows are more particular.

boas are fun, happy new years.

Looks like a BCI. BCC have more puzzle-piece-appearing saddles. Nice snake!

ps that last meal is way to large. in the long run not good. after feeding you should hardly be able to see a lump.

well I fed it a small rat which is the same size as a large adult mouse, and i'm also feeding small rats to my 4.5 month old baby ball python with no problem. This boa is about 8 months old @ about 3ft and this meal I think is fine for her since she is growing fast and is twice the of my BP. My 1 yr BP is also on small rats.
So the small rat is a bit large for the 4.5month BP but it is perfect for a boa that size.
Again there is a lot of debate about feedeing

There is no way of proving he is Colombian so I would personally(I'm anal about naming of locals) just say a pretty B.c.i.

Unless you can trace back his lineage to Colombia, he could pe a cross of other localities and you wouldn't know.
