potentially stupid question

I currently have the beetles seperated from the rest of the mealworms but no luck yet with babies.. I have them in a nice size container with holes in the lid.. they have at least half a carrot at all times and oatmeal flakes (ya know like the stuff you have to actually cook)

Put your mealie colony in a warm place. I can't remember how warm I kept mine, but I put them above the fridge, and they bred like crazy.
