So, I've managed to track down some belly shots. Do all fires have clear bellies?

All the ones I've seen have had unmarked bellies....

Forgive me if this is hijacking, but I was wondering something...
My male Merlin, a wc "normal", looks more and more like a Fire with every shed. He has the head pattern, he has very nice blushing, and honestly gets brighter each time.
His belly is what is confusing, because the first half of is is clear and unmarked, but the lower half of him has pattern.

So, now my question. If I wanted to prove him, would I need a normal, or a Fire female?
