Yup, Rich is the greatest! I order all my heating and cleaning gear from him, and just got a wonderful 4x2 RBI cage that is currently heating up. I've emailed and phoned him multiple times with various questions and he's been prompt and patient with it all. :)

I ordered my the 7000g scale from him. Then a few days later I made a baby rack. I needed heat tape and all that. I placed another order with him for the heat tape,cords and clips. I asked if since I just ordered a few days ago would he be able to throw all that in one order. He said he would ended up saving me money on shipping and all that. I had everything in a few days about 4 days sooner than I thought the package would be here. Will buy all my reptile stuff from him from now on. Great service

i've only bought flexwatt from him, but he shipped quickly, responded to emails quickly and thoroughly, and seemed like an overall good guy.

I just recieved my CB-70 rack and a couple other things from RBI yesterday afternoon. The customer service was great, he answered every question I sent him (probably 5 all togehter before I purchased my rack) and he repiled within a day or two.
My rack arrived in excellent condition and I wouldn't hesitate buying from RBI again! I'm still waiting on another cage and a thermostat, and am very excited to get everything.
