    Here is a large one I built using melamine too. I use sealed Lock and Lock boxes using the substrateless method so I can fit almost 20 clutches (now I just need 20 girls to fill it up :P)

    I'm looking to build one similar to the size of Lord Jackels.........probably out of melamine again. That one looks nice and could hold a fair amount. As far as mine, as mentioned before, it was a kitchen cabinet fixture purchased at home depot. Wish I took pics step by step but I didn't have a digital camera at the time. Anyways, the fixture came without a top and a back (countertop and wall would serve this purpose) so I had to make a top and back. ........and a new door with a window :)

    the fixture came with a drawer too but i just scrapped that. There's no extra insulation, just silicone on all the corners and weather stripping around the door. I just ran two large pieces of heat tape down the back and onto the floor and thats about it. Hopefully I'll get around to building another one and take step by step pics......
